Refund Policy

Our goal is to make registration as simple and fair as possible. Please review the following refund policy beforeregistering:

• Cancellation before the program starts: Players may request a refund up to 7 days before the program start date. A [10%] administration fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Cancellation after the program starts: Refunds are generally not available once the program has started, except in special circumstances at the club's discretion.

• Injury or medical reasons: If a player is unable to participate due to a significant injury or medical condition, the club may consider a partial refund upon receiving appropriate documentation.

• Club cancellation: If the club cancels a program or event and cannot provide a suitable replacement, registered participants will receive a refund for the affected portion.

• Missed practices or games: No refunds will be provided for practices, games, or sessions that a player chooses not to attend.

• Refund requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email address] and include the player's name, program, and reason for the request.

• Processing: Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method within [10–15 business days].
