Roar Volleyball Club 

 

 

By joining or participating in our volleyball club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Registration & Payment: All registration information must be accurate and complete. Membership or program fees must be paid by the stated deadline.

• Participation: Players are expected to attend practices and games on time and follow instructions from coaches and club staff.

• Code of Conduct: Players, parents, coaches, and visitors must treat others with respect. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, violence, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Safety: Players must follow all safety rules and immediately report injuries or unsafe conditions to a coach or club staff member.

• Personal Belongings: The club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Photos & Media: By participating in club activities, you may be photographed or recorded for club promotional purposes unless you notify the club in writing that you do not consent.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds and cancellations are subject to the club's stated refund policy.

• Changes: The club reserves the right to change schedules, programs, coaches, or facilities when necessary.

• Acceptance: By registering with the club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
